Entertainment manager
Dane has been in the event/entertainment industry for over a decade. Recording music since seventeen, 7+ years as a venue manager and 3+ years as an AV-Tech: Dane has a wealth of knowledge to tap into when organising your event entertainment.

ENTERTAINMENT / TALENT PRODUCER
Alannah has been in the music and theatre industry for the better part of the last decade, working on and off the stage. She then jumped into arts & music management before starting with EC. Alannah’s eye for detail and love for music and performance will bring something special to your event.

Entertainment manager
Meet Daniel! With a background in professional dancing, musical theatre, and real estate, he brings a unique flair to selling wedding and event entertainment. Originally hailing from Canberra, he’s lived all over Australia, infusing his creativity to make the everlasting memories here at MEC.

FOUNDED
The journey begins as a small DJ agency in the big city

We land a residency with Nova100 playing nationally on air every weekend + their Melbourne events

MORE THAN DJs
We branch out into a full entertainment service specialising in all things musical
2015
HYBRID DJs
Our first DJ-Saxophonist is born. The beginning of our 20+ “Hybrid” DJs who have an additional skill like sax/guitar/vocals etc
2016
FULL TIME STAFF
We hire our first full time entertainment sales manager
2017
MORE STAFF
We build our list of talent to over 100 options, and add a second full time entertainment manager
2018
AFL & SPORTS
Contracts landed with major sporting clubs to provide entertainment at events/game-days. Richmond, Melbourne, Carlton FC, Melbourne Storm to name a few

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
We hire an EA to manage our web, content & day-to-day; our 4th full staff member

700 EVENTS
We set a new record for entertainment provided at events in a single calendar year.

We wouldn’t be where we are today without the support of our amazing partners. We have had a long-standing relationship with the radio station Nova100. This includes a national on-air Friday night residency and regular DJ bookings for their Melbourne events and entertainment. We also have strong relationships with many more reputable companies including Red Bull, Porsche & many AFL football clubs: Richmond, Carlton, Melbourne FC (to name a few).
