We only offer experienced, talented wedding harpists in Melbourne that give you nothing but the greatest music on your special day. Our skilled wedding harpists know how to coordinate seamlessly with your venue and/or wedding planner to ensure that everything runs smoothly & the day is a complete success. Unsure on what type of music to play at your wedding? No need to worry as our harpists have structured setlists for both the ceremony & reception that you can choose music from. Our harpists may also be able to learn a specific song that’s not on their list for a small additional fee if required.

Wanting some other instruments to accompany your harpist? No problems. Many of our harp players can be booked as a duo, trio or quartet. The incorporation of Violin, Cello, Flute or other instruments blends beautifully to create a more full sound.Not hosting a wedding? What will you wear?

- One large umbrella for solo or duo (if outside)
- Two large umbrellas for trio or quartet (if outside)
- If possible, a small, private space to leave our cases – especially the cello case
What if we are getting married outside?

Do we need a permit if in public?

Meals?
It is most appreciated if a meal can be provided for bookings that are longer than 2hrs.
Do you need to Bump In?
As we play acoustically (no AV required) and have reasonably small hand held cases, we can enter any venue fairly quickly and smoothly, with no need to enter throgh security at a large venue like Crown Casino.
Can we request songs not listed on the set list?
Some special requests are possible and are quoted individually based on the song. However not all pieces work as a string instrumental – especially songs heavy reliant on vocals, piano or drums.
A minimum of 30 days notice is required for requests not listed on our set list. This gives time for our arranger to score the piece, however a high priority arrangement can be made in less than 30 days notice at a higher rate.
From our experience we strongly discourage 1 song for the bridesmaids and a different song for the bride. It is very disjointed and doesn’t create the seamless effect seen in the movies where the realities of turning pages and counting beats in do not apply 😂

Great for small guest numbers or a budget option
DUO: Violin & Cello
Great for small guest numbers, small venues/ limited space or a budget option with a melody and accompaniment but limited in amount of music available (max 3 hr booking)
TRIO: 2 Violins & Cello
Great for approximately 100 guests numbers; with a melody & fuller accompaniment; Not all music is available (max 3 hr booking)
QUARTET: 2 Violins, Viola, & Cello
The full sound & all musical options; Most clients with 100+ guests book a quartet; Especially if the event is outdoors where sound escapes
