How to Book

1. WHAT IS THE FIRST STEP?

  • If you know what you need, call our Entertainment Managers on 1300 858 981 and they will help you right away
  • If you want to submit your interest or request for more information, enter your details into our Enquiry Form, and our Entertainment Managers will get back to you ASAP with a variety of incredible entertainment options

2. HOW DO I GET A QUOTE?

  • We need your event details and specific requests and requirements
  • Either phone us on 1300 858 981 OR submit your request via our Enquiry Form, and our Entertainment Managers will get back to you ASAP
  • We offer customised packages tailored to your specific needs

3. Selecting your entertainer

  • You’ll receive a quote with a number of incredibly talented artists & options
  • View videos, photos, set-lists & bios to find which option most resonates with you

4. HOW DO I SECURE MY BOOKING?

  • You will be provided with an invoice once you wish to proceed with your quoted booking
  • We require a 50% deposit of the total amount of your invoice to hold and secure your booking

5. HOW AND WHEN DO I PAY?

  • You will be provided with an invoice once you wish to proceed with your quoted booking
  • Payment is made via EFT or Credit Card using the details provide on your invoice
  • A 50% deposit is required within 24 hours of confirming you booking, or credit card details are required to store on file allowing up to 7 days to make payment
  • The remaining balance of your invoice must be paid in full no later than 30 days prior to your event

6. HOW DO I PROVIDE MY SONG REQUESTS AND OTHER EVENT DETAILS

  • Your Entertainment Manager will send you an Event Form which will prompt you to detail all of your individual requests, and expectations
  • This form will be shared with your entertainer to deliver the best service tailored to your specifications

7. Have the best night of your life!

  • We’ll hand you over to your selected entertainer 2 weeks prior to your event/wedding.
  • Then you’ll have a chat with them to ensure that everything runs as smoothly as possibly on the night.
  • All you need to do then, is kick back, relax & have the best night of your life!
