Do we need to provide parking for your performers?

Parking must be supplied and paid for the performers. (Or invoiced for)

What time do you arrive?

Performers will arrive 60min prior to start time.

How high do the ceilings need to be?

Minimum height clearance of 3 meters for our shortest stilt option with headdress.

Do you have Public liability?

All performers have public liability cover.

Are there any other additional fees?

There will be additional fees for overtime or if the client would like different costumes looks for each set.

Can I ask your performers to stay longer on the night?

If you wish to extend the performer’s booking time on the night, extra fees will be incurred. This will need to be cleared with Melbourne Entertainment Company before we can confirm. In some circumstances performers will have other bookings so this may not be possible.

What do you need us (the client) to provide?

Client needs to supply a private and secure change room must be supplied (Cannot be venue toilets).

How tall are the stilt walkers?

We recommend to allow for a minimum of 3m for clearance as the Stilt Walkers can be up to 2.5m + headwear.

Do you have another option if the ceiling is lower?

Minimum height clearance of 2.3meters for our shortest stilt option with a small headdress or without a headdress.

Do you need a minder/someone to assist?

It is recommended to have a minder to help the performers for large events, public events or festivals. The client can supply their own minder otherwise, please enquire if we have someone available and the rates.

Do your performers need breaks?

1 hour bookings requires no breaks.
2 hour bookings will run as a 50 minute set, 20 minute break, followed by a second 50 minute set.
3 hour bookings will run as 3x 45 minute sets with 2x 15 minute breaks.

Roving entertainers that are booked for longer than a 1 hour sets will require breaks.
