How far in advance should i book entertainment for my event?
We strongly recommend booking your DJs or musician as early as possible, ideally as soon as you’ve secured your wedding venue. This helps ensure availability, particularly during peak seasons like spring and summer when demand for entertainment services is at its highest. Planning ahead guarantees you’ll have the perfect entertainment for your special day.
How much do your entertainment cost?
- Our pricing depends on a few factors such as the event type, location, duration, time of year, day of the week, bump-in and any special requirements to name a few – and is unique to every booking.
- Each performer and Entertainment option charges a slightly different rate, and some performances are more flexible than others. It always helps us to know if you have a budget figure you’re trying to stick to as we can often negotiate with our artists on your behalf to ensure that you get amazing entertainment without breaking the bank! We’re here to help make your event unforgettable at a price that works for you!
Do you provide entertainment for weddings, corporate events, or private parties?
Yes, we do! We are passionate about creating unforgettable memories and offer tailored entertainment services to make your wedding, corporate event, or private party truly special. Our diverse range of entertainment options—including professional DJs, live bands, and unique roving performances—allows us to customise your event to perfectly match your vision.

Are sound equipment and lighting part of your service offering?
- For our DJs / Musicians, our standard AV package includes 2x speakers (for up to 150 pax), a mixer, a wireless microphone, Highest quality DJ Equipment, and professional instruments (for acoustic soloists/duo/bands)
- Lighting is not part of the standard package but you can request it as an add-on, or we can introduce you to some of our professional lighting partners to ensure that your space looks amazing!
Do you have a public liability insurance?
- Yes, we carry comprehensive liability insurance, ensuring that you’re in safe hands throughout your event. Our commitment to professionalism and safety allows you to focus on enjoying your special day with peace of mind.
What sort of music do you play?
Our performers are highly versatile and will play whatever music you wish for your event. Rather than specialising in one genre, our musicians and DJs are trained to be adaptable, ensuring they can cater to a wide range of musical preferences. They excel at reading the crowd, tailoring their sets to create the best atmosphere at the right moments throughout the evening.
You have complete control over the music selection. Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll send you a Request/Expectations Form, where you can specify the following:
- Formality requests (e.g., entrance songs, first dance)
- Top 10 must-play tracks.
- Additional song requests
- Do-not-play list (for any tragic overdone song you don’t want played – no thanks Macarena haha)
We aim to make your event truly personalised and memorable with the perfect music selection.
What happens if the performer is sick, unwell, or unable to perform on the night?
Booking with us means you benefit from the support of a large entertainment agency. With a talent pool of over 300 performers and strong industry connections, we can easily arrange a replacement in the rare event your performer is unable to attend.
While it’s uncommon—out of the 1,500+ events we do annually, only a handful of performers are ever unable to perform due to illness or injury—we are fully prepared for such situations. If this happens, we’ll source a selection of suitable replacement performers for you to choose from, so you don’t have to worry about finding someone last minute.
If none of the replacements are to your liking, we’ll happily offer you a full refund, including your deposit.
